A Macal Madeiras está em busca de um Gerente de Contas-Chave para liderar a gestão estratégica de clientes-chave em produtos de madeira maciça. O candidato ideal será proativo e capaz de desenvolver estratégias eficazes para estabelecer parcerias sólidas com esses clientes.
Nos primeiros 30 dias, o candidato se capacitará sobre os produtos e processos da empresa, compreendendo as necessidades dos clientes-chave. Após esse período, será responsável por identificar oportunidades de crescimento, desenvolver planos de ação para garantir a satisfação do cliente.
*Responsabilidades do Key accounts:*
Tornar-se especialista em Revestimentos de Madeira Nativa Brasileira
Trabalhar com contas-chave
Atrair novos clientes
Aumentar as vendas
Realizar estratégias para retenção de clientes
Aplicar técnicas de negociação
Manter comunicação e relacionamento com o cliente
Vendas Ativa
Salário:* R$ 6.500,00
*Benefícios:*
- Programa de assiduidade com benefício mensal de R$ 150,00 (condicionado ao cumprimento de requisitos).

- Cartão Combustível ou Vale Transporte: No valor correspondente a uma condução por trecho do colaborador.

- Vaga 100% Presencial
- Segunda a Sexta, das 07:50 às 17:30, com intervalo de 1 hora para almoço.
- Sábado das 08:00 às 13:00.
- Há pagamento de horas extras.
