Seeking a FP&A Analyst who will be an integral part of Specialty diagnostics division finance team to support the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives.
What you will do.
Create and run reports for the division Business partner for transplant diagnostics, microbiology diagnostics and clinical diagnostics division.
Analyze and provide insights to leverage profitability Coordinate and support various ad hoc projects and request for data or analysis Drive productivity and efficiency through innovation, improvements in execution and PPI implementation Knowledge, Skills, Abilities.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to multi-task and interface in a fast-paced environment throughout all levels of the organization Possesses initiative, passion, intellectual curiosity, and a questioning/positive demeanor Demonstrate capabilities to continuously improve processes Minimum Requirements/Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related fields 2+ years of business finance experience High proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Advanced English / Spanish will be a plus
