LATAM LONG TERM PLANNING ANALYST

Main roles.
AI New source introduction/ NPI LATAM.
To participate in the CPD projects forum discussions to get the control of the supply chain that should be develop for a NPI and prepare P&S inputs for the governance documents as required.
Participate actively in LATAM NPI forum, preparing in advance the relevant information to de discuss in the forum.
Help to provide proper dashboards with KPIs for the function; Retrieve report and data when required; Facilitate the contact with the interface areas (asset strategy, PT&E, Quality, regulatory, marketing and planning) to ensure all the relevant data will be filled on the LATAM NPI control list, according to the project phase.
Help on writing working instructions/templates to get information for the area.
P&S inputs for CPD processes, AI new source introduction and WoW with the interface areas, how to fill AI new source and NPI LATAM smartsheet, etc.
Capture the activities performed and set the DACI for each one applicable.

Qualifications Advanced English level; Desired.
Spanish or Portuguese; Graduation in.
Engineer, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related areas; Advanced Experience on.
Project Management, Supply chain, Data Management, Planning; Preferably knowledge of APO/R3 system; Experienced user of Qliksense, SmartSheet, Excel and build dashboards; Coordination ability, negotiation skills, influence, analytic, critical thinking, team worker.
