- Supervisionar as operações diárias do departamento de Suporte ao Cliente no Brasil.
- Fornecer orientação, suporte e treinamento à equipe para garantir o melhor desempenho.
- Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com os clientes do Brasil e garantir que suas necessidades sejam atendidas.
- Monitorar as interações com os clientes para garantir um serviço de alta qualidade.
- Resolver reclamações e problemas de clientes escalados de maneira oportuna e eficiente.
Outros requisitos:
- Inglês avançado para conversação (validação será realizada).
