ole OverviewAs our Senior Learning and Development Lead, you’ll be the operational heartbeat, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to everything we do.
You’ll coordinate the end-to-end execution of our e-learning initiatives, working closely with your colleagues in the department, as well as subject matter experts and stakeholders.
rom managing project timelines and approval workflows to streamlining communication and keeping our team aligned, you’ll ensure that our projects move forward smoothly and successfully.

ey ResponsibilitiesPlan learning design projects with instructional designers, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are met, while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
ranslate project plans into clear task lists, assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress across the team.
erve as the main point of contact for other teams and stakeholders, building positive relationships, ensuring clarity, and aligning expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
rganize and track the status of project approvals and reviews, proactively following up to keep workflows moving.
upport people management functions such as assigning projects based on skills fit, monitoring capacity, and escalating bottlenecks where needed.
upport broader communication efforts – planning training launches, crafting clear, engaging messaging for both internal teams and client-facing audiences.
ontribute to process improvements that enhance team collaboration and the scalability of INFUSE Academy operations.
hat We’re Looking ForPrevious Team management / Lead / Coordination experience.
Experience in instructional design is an advantage.
trong AI literacy.
Experience with creating custom GPTs and scaling solutions across teams is a strong advantage.
trong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in managing change within teams.
takeholder management – ability to effectively network & build relationships internally & externally.
ighly organized with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
