The Multichannel Engagement Lead (MCE Lead) is a core marketing role to build and advance the customer marketing capability of Eli Lilly in Brazil.
The MCE Lead is also the primary contact to partner with brand teams / business units in leading them through all phases of effective MCE strategy development, execution, and measurement to provide more seamlessly integrated and personalized customer experience to individual customers.
The MCE Lead deeply understands brand strategies as well as customer insights to collaborate with several internal subject matter experts, agencies, and other external partners, to develop and execute industry leading Multi-Channel Engagement plan engaging health care providers.

Responsibilities Strategic Partner ● Play a partner role for brands to integrate the IBU MCE strategy and contents into local Customer plans providing clear guidance on investment decisions aligned to customer channel preferences.
● Deliver aligned KPIs to brands.
reporting of prioritized channels performance with Target HCPs and partner with BMS to take action in order to optimize execution.
● Partner with experts across Lilly cross functional teams and vendors/agencies to ensure high quality and propose the introduction of innovation across prioritized channels.
Also partner with other BMS and LATAM leads to scale-up the proven best practices across the hub.
Basic Qualification.
·       At least 2+ years of relevant experiences in Digital Marketing (Brand team or Multi-channel marketing) ·       Use of advanced data/ analysis tools such as Google/ Facebook analytics, Social Baker, Adwords, Facebook ads, ComScore (Desirable) ·       Intermediate/ Advanced Excel Skills ·       Team player with ability to work cross- functionally and to lead / influence others without authority ·       Multichannel / tactic understanding including measurement and optimization ·       Effective project / campaign planning, management and execution skill ·       Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with colleagues, cross functional teams, and Sr.
