It is required to work with the stakeholders as needed and provide guidance to logistics team to get shipments out on timely manner.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration/foreign Trade Ability to work in a cross-functional and teamwork environment.
2 years of LATAM customer service, operational logistics, import/export/customs background Communication, analytical, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Fluent in English and Spanish Oracle and Salesforce background Preferably Life Sciences segment previous experience Specific Duties & Responsibilities Orders processing and management, ensuring all compliance requirements are completed.
Ensure high-quality order to remittance process (managing product availability and shipping paperwork) Plan and pro-actively manage the entire customer order fulfillment, end to end cycle; Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders; Provide shipping and billing instructions in accordance with order terms and conditions; Manage the backorder items with the planning team; Submit expedite to global manufacturing team; Collaborate with all internal and external customers; Manage shipments, credits, returns and customer complaints; At Danaher we bring together science, technology and operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow’s science and technology.
