The role of Procurement Analytics and Insights Lead supports Global Procurement team in leveraging data to provide insights that will drive decision making and value creation.
This means that different stakeholders will be engaging to have different views of the business they support and the key metrics that can decide on negotiation approach.
The role will construct a proactive approach, that will be supporting business health assessment and key drivers and levers to be focused.
The team reporting to this position will be supporting different regions and categories in their data needs and helping Global Procurement leveraging existing reports when possible.
The role will report to the Global Sourcing Support Lead, which leads the business partnering with Global Procurement and sourcing support.

Key objectives include.
Support strategic data analysis Lead a team towards transformation to more value added activities in regards to data insights Partner with Sourcing Support peers to help create a holistic view and truly valuable end to end support to Global Procurement Track value delivered to Global Procurement and support the storyline and journey of TBS and Global Procurement.
ACCOUNTABILITIES.
Leadership of team delivering insights for Global Procurement for best decision making Driving transformation from reactive to proactive approach Ensure full global coverage of same solutions Inspire reporting team to grow and learn Partner with different fronts of Global Procurement to improve data quality and support to drive best data health CORE ELEMENTS RELATED TO THIS ROLE.
Experience in analytics data and/or elements of automation Understanding of Procurement or Supply Chain related activities is a differentiator Driven, Result Oriented and passionate about transforming and evolving organizations Creative thinking in problem solving and issue resolution Good communication and strong presentation / consulting skills Ability to see the holistic picture as well as deep-dive into details Fluent in English, written and spoken EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS.
Transformation and change management skills – Translate models to local deployment Expertise in reporting tools such as PowerBI, Excel etc.
Knowledge of Data architecture, MDG, Data Lakes is a plus Comprehensive understanding of all TBS PS roles and interdependencies Partial knowledge on local requirement and legislations for processes and systems limitations Project & time management skills Strong communication skills towards suppliers and stakeholders Bachelor degree and 10+ years relevant preferably in GDS or Procurement Operations related activities Preferably proven leadership experience Knowledgeable in systems and processes for efficient management of vendor creation and deactivation processes Experience or knowledge of offshore or shared service operating environments What Takeda Business Solutions can offer you.
