Responsible for the sales of systems and services within mining growth industries, in line with the division strategy.
Achieves both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Responsible to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
This position reports to Key Account Manager Your responsibilities Ensure the sales results of business model required for sales in BR and LATAM, maintenance and new system units.
Management of Installed base of equipments based on its lifecycle stage to generate new service opportunities.
Sells systems and services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the process industries focused in mining growth industries.
Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promotes their understanding of ABB’s complete systems and services offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution.
Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s), in case of any potential order shortfalls.
Ensures efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
Prepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.
Your background Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Technology in similar areas.
Solid experience with sales is a must.
Experience with Sales for B2B of system and service projects is a plus.
Good knowledge of Rectifiers, Transformers, Harmonic Filters and PLCs.
Desired Hydrogen Market knowledge.
Fluent/Advanced English and at least Intermediate Spanish is necessary.
