About the team.
Provides end to end support for SAP Learning Americas   What you’ll do.
Position Title.
SAP iXP Intern - Product Learning Support Customer Service Location.
Sao Paulo, Brazil   In this role, you’ll.
Training Event Management including logistical infrastructure, scheduling, registration, cost analysis.
Readiness checks for all delivery options, providing access to systems and materials throughout the course.
Serve customer inquiries for SAP Learning (Help Desk, Ticketing) Maintain high Customer Satisfaction in all customer interactions E2E process support for Training Partners (reseller and delivery) Internal systems data maintenance and operational reporting Data hygiene checks to ensure data quality Collaboration with key stakeholders within Product Learning, Global Finance Shared Services, IT, Facilities, Procurement, External Workforce and subject matter experts Review feedback on quality results and identify potential improvements Support to internal projects   Who you are.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Major degree preferred in Business Administration or IT, students who will graduate in two years’ timeframe.
Advanced knowledge on Office Package, with good experience in Excel spreadsheets.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization in person/virtually Good writing in Portuguese and English (or Spanish); Organized, motivated and with initiative.
