Senior Sales Manager (South America Region) - We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in the South America Region. WHAT WE OFFER:Strategic Impact: Lead sales efforts in key South American markets. ROLE OVERVIEW:As a Sales Manager, you will:Drive market expansion for industrial robots and automation solutions in the South American Region (key countries: Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina), and develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify client needs in industries such as new energy vehicles (NEV), metal processing, and mining equipment manufacturing, promoting industrial robots and peripheral equipment. Maintain long-term partnerships with local distributors, agents, and end clients, ensuring annual sales and payment collection goals are met. Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions, support bidding, contract negotiations, and project implementation, and collaborate with headquarters to enhance localized services, improving customer satisfaction and repeat orders. Submit regular South America market analysis reports to guide HQ on product iteration and strategic planning. CANDIDATE PROFILE: We are looking for someone with:Education: Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Marketing, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 5 years in overseas sales of industrial robots, automation equipment, or high-end manufacturing. Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanishor Portuguese is a strong plus. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Latin Americas manufacturing landscape. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel are essential; independent market research and customer needs analysis skills are also required.
