What are we looking for? Experience with SCRUM, DevOps and/or other Agile Project Management methodologies is desirable; Experience managing or working as a resource into medium/big size Projects is desirable; Experience working with the implementation of AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) is a plus.
What will be your key responsibilities? The associate will work as a technical resource for the implementation of an AIoT solution, which has the goal of providing insights that will prevent raw materials loss and increase efficiency to the manufacturing process; The associate will balance the needs of the Project team and also the needs of IT Operations team, guaranteeing a smooth support transition of the Project to IT Operations team, following the internal best practices of Service Introduction and Take-on processes; The associate will ensure that IT Operations team has all the tools and knowledge required to provide Customer Centric support for the solution.
