The Company Sports Team is responsible to offer the adidas employees in Herzogenaurach a qualitative onsite & offsite sport program.
Within this program this position supports the Company Sports team to develop a high-quality Company Sports event program for all adidas employees in Herzogenaurach.
Additionally, the role holder will play an integral role in the execution of these events taking up the travel coordinator role in multiple events of the program.
Responsibilities.
Support the planning, publication and execution of two seasonal Company Sports event programs comprising interesting sport travel offers to drive employees' fitness & affinity to sports and to foster social relations and strong adidas employee communities Support to plan and organize the various events working with agencies, instructors and customers Act as travel guide on the Company Sport Events to ensure smooth execution and ensure hospitality to participants.
Manage unforeseen events, e.
.
re-organizing in case of injury of a participant.
Task requires flexibility in scheduling as most events require weekend travelling.
Maintain, support, design and continuously improve the Company Sports communication tools to drive awareness of Health & Fitness offers through customer centric front ends (intranet page, registration tool, etc.) while ensuring smooth backbone processes (e.
.
payment, benefit in kind taxation) Support special projects and tasks as needed (e.
.
internal Olympic Games, sports tournaments, team-building events) Support the reporting process for the Company Sports Program including participant development, financials, service level compliance Key Relationships.

Organizational and planning skills High personal initiative and energy Service mentality High sport affinity especially for outdoor sports Good communication skills Ability to work independently and flexible Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) MS Office skills, SAP experience a plus Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications.
2-3 years of professional experience after finishing a commercial education (preferably with a major in Sports and Event Management) or Bachelor degree in sport related field
