Product Managers (PM) at Amazon invent new products and features on behalf of customers.
PMs work cross-functionally to drive ideas from conception to execution, develop business models and marketing plans, define and analyze success metrics, manage strategic projects, and own the product end-to-end.
PMs ultimately become general managers responsible for running large business segments and organizations.

Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities • Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations • Development of the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver • Report on objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics • Write high quality documents with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order • Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes (e.
., requirements not sufficiently understood or documented, ineffective cross-team collaboration, long-term impact(s) from third-party solutions, security not considered, insufficient stakeholder review, etc.) • Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives • Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across projects About the team Per Return to Office (RTO) guidance, selected candidate(s) will be required to work in a hybrid model.

Selected applicants will be expected to relocate to their team location for the duration of the internship.

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Currently enrolled in MBA or equivalent master’s level program at the time of application with anticipated graduation dates between December and September + years of full-time industry work experience, which occurred between graduation from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or master’s program, OR 3+ years of military work experience prior to starting your MBA or master’s program.
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Basic/intermediate proficiency in Portuguese.
- Experience working as a product manager.
- Experience in supply chain.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma.
- Experience owning and leading significant projects from concept to deployment.
