________________________________________ The product manager will directly be sponsor for developing and evolving our payments experience by working backward to the customers, analyzing the main KPI´s and proposing new solutions to improve our customer journey.
Key job responsibilities - Implement new payment methods and continuously enhancing the paying customer experience for card and non-card payments method in Brazil; - Engaged with card schemes to discuss products focused on increasing card not present security; - Manage the payments P&L; - Follow the KPIs to work on opportunities that make transactions on Amazon more friendly and safety.
