Monitorar diariamente a execução da operação, desde o recebimento, passando pela separação, montagem e expedição, conforme os padrões estabelecidos como processos.
Realizar a gestão dos processos com foco em segurança, produtividade, qualidade e custo, além de implementar estudos de melhoria e análises das falhas e dos desvios ocorridos na operação.
Garantir a conformidade e o cumprimento dos processos, conforme os padrões estabelecidos, bem como desenvolver os projetos de melhoria nas áreas operacionais e administrativas, visando a alavancagem dos indicadores.
Elaborar e alimentar relatórios e planilhas em geral de acompanhamentos diários.
Acompanhar e assegurar a entrega das metas junto ao parceiro logístico.
Requisitos:
Possuir experiência na área de Logística e/ou Qualidade e com gestão de pessoas.
Contar com formação superior em Administração de Empresas, Logística, Engenharias ou áreas afins.
Conhecimentos sobre no pacote Office e ferramentas Google, especialmente Excel e Google sheets.
Possuir experiência em rotinas operacionais, sendo um diferencial se for em Logística.
