The Technical Consultant provides consultancy and technical advice to costumers, internal clients, and delivery teams.
They define and deliver card product specifications based on costumer requirements leading all parts of the process from launch to delivery; they manage product life cycle regarding cost, time, quality, and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities Provide pre-sales support as a compliment to the sales process including analysis of costumer requests in terms of cards and solutions.
Understand the costumer technical organization.
Provide Thales with market knowledge and competition.
Actively understand Costumer´s technical needs and identify possible solutions based on Thales product map.
Define requirement specifications from costumers and lead product life cycle from launch to delivery.
Qualifications & Experience 1-4 years of experience in relevant fields (Preferably Smartcards, embedded software, service provider background, Telecom or Secure transactions).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or related careers.
Proficient in Portuguese and English (B2) language.
Requirements Availability to travel internationally within LATAM.
Brazilian citizenship or work permit.
Hybrid role, office based in Berrini, São Paulo.
