TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Responsabilidades.
• Fornecer suporte de qualidade por telefone, e-mail e aplicativos WattsApp com um alto nível de atendimento ao cliente, conhecimento técnico e pontualidade para usuários finais não técnicos, bem como para profissionais de TI; • Manter comunicações proativas com os chamadores durante todo o processo de análise e resolução; • Documentar com precisão as informações do cliente e uma descrição detalhada do problema/problema de todos; suporte a ligações/e-mails em sistema CRM (Sales Force).
Rastreie solicitações abertas e mantenha as solicitações atualizadas e completo; • Trabalha com outros departamentos e equipes internas para garantir a resolução rápida e profissional de solicitações do cliente; • Capacidade de preparar e apresentar webinars para os Clientes • Mantém conhecimento atualizado de todas as ofertas de produtos e procedimentos de suporte para fornecer soluções precisas para clientes; • Fortes habilidades escritas e verbais são necessárias para interagir com os clientes; deve ser capaz de falar efetivamente; deve estar confortável com extensas consultas por telefone; • Requer grande atenção aos detalhes, excelente desenvoltura, flexibilidade e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente, bem como dentro de um ambiente de equipe Fortive Corporation Overview Fortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
