Management of portfolio of projects, contracts and multidiscipline teams with a linear
focus in products managing, controlling, integrated planning, procurement,
engineering, construction, EHS and after sales. Matrix structure management of law
department and financial department, with a backlog of USD 150 million. Constant
improvement in motivational policies and implementation of procedures for better
process, integrity and OHS were breaking points during this period.

Acting as Operational Manager (Head of PMO) in the Power Grid division, being
responsible for the implementation of the power sector assets (substations) for
energy transmitting and distributing companies and other companies acting in the
power sector. Management of business and multidiscipline teams with a linear focus
in portfolio control (PMO), products managing, controlling, integrated planning,
procurement, engineering, construction, EHS and after sales, managing interfaces
with law department, contract management, commercial and others in the portfolio
managing chain, with a backlog of USD 200 million. Constant improvement in
operational excellence, better process, integrity and OHS were breaking points
during this period.
Main Tasks and Skills
• Responsible for the strategy to perform targets, financial and operational KPI´s,
goals and reporting as requested by the company;
• Ensure the satisfaction from customer;
• Lead of portfolio and responsible for the monitoring the final negotiation with
internal and external suppliers and sourcing process regarding the portfolio;
• Responsible for the monitoring of manufacturing process with internal and external
suppliers;
• Executor of management as ABB operational excellence policy ever monitoring

• Proven approach and networking with strategic stakeholders as directors and
presidents of companies and agencies of power sector

Acting as the Business Unit Operational Director responsible for the sales and
implementation of the generation, transmission and distribution assets (utilities) in
the South American market and also responsible for manufacturing and assembling
of HV and MV equipment’s and feed systems. P&L Executive for this Unit who
aggregated specific areas and teams in project engineering, application engineering,
product engineering, operational and manufacturing planning, controlling,
manufacturing and integrated procurement, contracts management, after sales andservice. Control and constant improvement in operational excellence, new market´s
orders and work safety were breaking points during this period over a backlog of
USD 100 million.
Main Tasks and Skills
• Implementation of Global Business Unit strategy performing targets and ensuring
the improvement of actions as needed to achieve the objectives of LBU and GBU;
• Responsible for the strategy to perform targets, financial and operational KPI´s,
goals and reporting as requested by the company;
• Delivers operational targets to ensure the satisfaction from customer;
• Management of production units as allocated by the GBU in Brazil, Paraguay and
Argentina;
• Responsible for implementation of regional plans to achieve production and
manufacturing targets according the goals from group;
• Management of all SCM and sourcing team. Improvement of strategies as

Statutory Director of the Specific Purpose Society with responsibility in the
implementation, operation and maintenance of generation asset denominated UTE
Camaçari Polo de Apoio I e other interconnection installations to the Sistema
Interligado Nacional – SIN e LT 230KV, with “capex” of USD 290 million. Among the
main prerogatives, it’s highlighted the direct managing of specialized teams in
engineering, planning, controlling, construction, commissioning, EHS and O&M.
Direct management of the EPC contract and along with other institutions linked to
the electrical sector (ONS, ANEEL, CCEE e MME) and others involved in the
referred implementation.
Responsible for the implementation, development and management fo the
operational and maintenance team also linked to the processes and specific
procedures elaboration during the pre-commissioning phase and start up to later
management of operational phase (O&M) of the thermo-electrical entrepreneuring
and other transmission installations.

Performance as responsible of S.P.C detaining the grant to the recovering and
exploration of 4 (four) SHPP´s, nominated SHPP Jacaré, SHPP Salesópolis, SHPP
São Valentim and SHPP Corumbataí.
Prominent performance as multidiscipline teams managers responsible for the
project engineering, construction, assembling, commissioning, generationentrepreneuring operation and maintenance and other interconnection installations
with the electrical system.
Responsible for the implementation and development of O&M team and all the
procedures and tools (including specific software) related to the assets maintenance
and operation.
S.P.C representing along with the electrical sector institutions and responsible along
with CCEE for the energy commercialization in a free environment.

Performance as responsible of S.P.C detaining the grant to the implementation and
exploration of the SHPP Sacre 2 de 30MW.
Prominent performance as multidiscipline team’s leader and technitian responsible
for the project engineering, construction, assembling, commissioning, generation
entrepreneuring operation and maintenance and other interconnection installations
with the electrical system.
Responsible for the implementation and development of O&M team and all the
procedures and tools related to the assets maintenance and operation.
S.P.E representing along with the electrical sector institutions and responsible along
with CCEE for the energy commercialization in a free environment.
