• Identificar e avaliar as necessidades dos clientes para alcançar a satisfação
• Tratar as reclamações dos clientes, apresentar soluções e alternativas adequadas;
• Acompanhamento para garantir a resolução
• Direcionar solicitações e problemas não resolvidos para departamentos internos e acompanhar garantir resolução
• Atualizar nossos bancos de dados internos com informações e registrar consultas, comentários
e reclamações
• Melhore a experiência do cliente coletando feedback do cliente e compartilhando com nossas equipes de produto
Outros requisitos:
• A experiência como agente de suporte ao cliente ou função semelhante de CS
• Espanhol avançado;
• A familiaridade com setor é uma vantagem;
