upport day-to-day compliance activities, including transaction monitoring, onboarding reviews, and regulatory reportingConduct periodic KYC/KYB checks and assist in implementing AML/CFT procedures in accordance with Brazilian legislationMonitor regulatory developments (BACEN, CVM, COAF) and support implementation of necessary compliance updatesAssist in maintaining and improving internal policies, procedures, and controls to ensure ongoing regulatory complianceCollaborate with product, legal, and operations teams to assess compliance risks related to new initiativesPrepare and maintain documentation for regulatory inspections or internal auditsDeliver compliance awareness and training sessions to internal teams as needed2+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or legal operations in fintech, banking, or financial servicesFamiliarity with Brazilian financial regulations (BACEN, CVM, COAF) and AML/CFT frameworksStrong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skillsComfortable working with compliance tools and case management systemsFluent in Portuguese; working proficiency in English is preferred for internal communication and documentationPerks and Benefits.
