Frequência de Contato com clientes da Carteira (Avaliar Health Score do cliente para se preparar para as reuniões de rotina)
Cross Sell e Up Sell (Todo item vendido nestas ação será comissionado)
Executar NPS
Tratar demanda de clientes que pede cancelamento parcial ou total focando a reversão do caso

NOTA: O CS não atuará como é dever de um vendedor, o qual tem foco total em vendas... mas toda ação de CS em nossa carteira de clientes acaba abrindo oportunidade de ampliações de licenças e/ou serviços em geral... e ao invés do CS ter de repassar esta demanda para um vendedor, muitas delas é simples e ele mesmo pode tratar, e com isso será comissionado o que irá compor um extra significativo em seu salário
