Realizar a orientação de melhores práticas de uso do produto/serviço, quando necessário realizar treinamento com o cliente.
Participar dos treinamentos e eventos específicos, a fim de analisar as tendências de mercado.
Praticar as políticas e diretrizes comerciais, seguir as diretrizes do Código de Ética e Conduta.
Pré-requisitos.
Conhecimento e vivência com atendimento ao cliente.
Vivência na área de vendas e manutenção de carteira de clientes.
