We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team.
The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, including overseeing accounting processes, preparing financial statements, and conducting financial analysis.
You will work closely with the executive team to create and implement financial strategies and policies.
As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring cash flow, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
You will also be responsible for providing financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Responsibilities.
Manage the financial operations of the company Oversee accounting processes, including preparing financial statements and reports Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Monitor cash flow and manage budgets Ensure compliance with all financial regulations Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency Collaborate with the executive team to create and implement financial strategies and policies Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders \n Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role Strong background in finance and accounting Extensive knowledge of financial principles and practices Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions Experience with financial software and systems Proficiency in Quickbooks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus \n 100% Remote Training & Development Work From Home
