We currently offer the following position in our office in São Paulo/Barra Funda which will be remote position.
Product & Application Especialist MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Provide and coordinate demonstrations in Latin America territory.
Responsible to install and uninstall the respective surgical microscopes on the customer site for demo purpose; Responsible to training the Medical and Technical customer team about our surgical microscopes for microsurgery division; Responsible for product and application training through Latin America including Leica associates and indirect channel partners; Ability to work well in a surgical room’s environment, requiring high capability of influencing doctors and KOL’s; Develop the value selling mind set and product application knowledge to Leica associates, customer and channel partners; OUR EXPECTATIONS Education.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Technical degree in electronics or equivalent.
Experience.
Experience in the surgical environment, preferably with surgical microscopes; Demonstrate skills to install an uninstall surgical microscopes, to assist doctors and surgeons during surgical procedures, ability to develop sales opportunity during demonstrations; Ability to analyze situations, solve practical problems and deal with customer needs.
Language.
Spanish – Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Portuguese - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Travel.
Required estimated more than 75% of time – must possess a valid driver’s license; Valid Passport and hability to travel to USA, Europe and Germany; At Leica Microsystems we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
