Your role in our team.
As a Service Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Your focus will be on selling our company’s services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsabilities.
Client Relationship Management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.
Regularly engage with clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Be the main point of contact to the customer for service topics.
business reviews, service performance, issue escalations, contract renewals & upgrades, etc.
Sales and Revenue Generation.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Present our services to clients, highlighting their value proposition.
Negotiate contracts and pricing.
Collaboration.
Work closely with internal teams (such as service operations, engineering, purchasing, etc) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with colleagues to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Reporting and Forecasting.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
Your profile.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in service sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a B2B industrial ecosystem.
Successful track record of selling products – hardware, software and services – of high technical complexity.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite, ERP and CRM software, and document management tools.
Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
