You’ll be based in São Paulo and part of the Sales Solutions Planning & Performance team (team mates also based in New York, Chicago, and San Francisco).
Main stakeholders include Sales VPs & Global GTM Operations leaders along with other key cross functional teams in US, EMEA and APAC (Finance, Pricing, Marketing, Business Operations) Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise leadership on forecasting and performance management of the global LSS business Drive strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.
., financial planning, headcount, segmentation)       Participating in projects that deal with complex business problems and that combine strategy, analytics, and operations at a global level Advise senior members of the sales organization on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities Present insights and recommendations to executives and global sales operations partners     Availability of at least 1,5 year of internship, 30 hours/week from Monday to Friday.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications.
Enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar courses with an analytical focus.
Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications.
Experience using MS Excel and programming language Advanced MS Excel and SQL experience is a big plus Thinking through problems in a structured manner, attention to detail and highly organized High energy, enthusiastic individual.
Independent, autonomous, and adaptable to change.
An active interest in training and development.
