Working in partnership with the Brazilian Urology Society – SBU, in 2013 I performed the inclusion
of the code for private reimbursement at National Healthcare Agency – ANS of our higher valueadded

Within the priorities, I am developed a Center of Reference to serve as a basis for Clinical Studies
and Physician Training for Latin America, working with the Ministry of Health and the Brazilian

Restructured Distributors territories underperforming and hiring/developing a new potentials ones
that allowed to increase sales of 30% in one year and decrease the dependence of the main
distributor from 50% to 20% in total sales.
