- CFO for a Family owned business in the Automotive (Hyundai & Chery car dealers), Retail (Rotunda),  Real Estate and investment in startups.

Responsible for all Finance functions* in Latin America Region (5+ legal entities in 4 markets).
- Developed and managed the Finance Team across Latam.
- Maximum responsible for Latam Governance, Risk and Compliance (Entity Director in several countries).

- Responsible for working capital and cash flow management.
- Improved Latam gross margin in +5 points by: negotiating export tax credits with banks and generating efficiencies in capex utilization. 
- Attained 30% of opex savings in the Region by the execution of a downsizing action plan in Brazil and Mexico.
- Developed office/distribution centers relocation projects achieving logistic and commercial gains. 
- Contributed to move Brazil operation into a 3PL business model, thus reducing lead times and costs. 
- Promoted policy and procedures standardization at Regional and Global level. 
- Negotiated factoring programmes with the biggest customer in the Region, improving working capital.
