Project of Maintenance and Repair of HVAC ducts in Petrobras fleet.
Responsible for ensuring better control and traceability of documents.
Management and maintain updated documentation throughout the work processes and project life cycle;
Monitors the movement of documentation based on tracking log, files and organizes all the documentation for safe-keeping, storage and archiving based on the operating policies and procedures
Compiles, organizes and updates records into the computer system on a routine basis to ensure accurate data is available for use when required by relevant personnel/department.

I Worked revising and issuing Purchase Orders;
Follow up MRF- Material Request Form;
Follow up progress services and equipment deliveries dates to attending Project Schedule;
These activities include tracking Supplier’s technical documentation s issuance and their approval by Engineering and Customs agent when REPETRO were required. In these cases we worked aligned with Custom Clearance Company (ASAP RONIC) to check which better taxes options to ensure delivering of goods in shortest time and costs.
It is important to emphasize that BRAZILIAN laws are constant changing and it is a good term always check with specialize team which the last rules are still valid.
Respect to Service PO I checked Time Sheet and Measurement Report to ensure that these documents were in accordance to Purchase Order terms before release the bill and follow up the payments.

P-66 Project
Responsible for developing Supplier document control workflow  to P-66 Project.
Responsible for issuing documents such as: Document List, Equipment List, Technical Questionnaires, Analysis Supplier Documents, Analysis PETROBRAS and other documents;
During the meetings with suppliers responsible for remedying any questions related to routine documents submitted to the approval of the same.

Artic I - Rig repair
In this project I worked as personnel logistic to support the Project team on SDR Shipyard in Angra dos Reis; And arranged during this period all embarks and disembarks from technicians, materials, and tools from Camorim Shipyard to the rig anchored in Guanabara Bay.

FPSO P54 Project, Mexilhão PMXL and Transpetro Ships Projects
Responsible to follow up suppliers  documents; And expedite Purchase Orders closed out;
Follow up suppliers documents in accordance with Petrobras standards established for assembly and issuing Data Book's.
Reporting the "status" of documentation to Project team and maintenance closer interface with customers, solving their disputes.
